When can you tap to pay with Google Pay at Walmart?
Google announced that tap-to-pay with Google Pay is arriving at Walmart stores. Shoppers will add a card to Google Wallet and hold their phone near the terminal.
The rollout starts next week
Select Walmart stores and Sam's Club locations in the U.S. will accept Google Pay first. The company plans to reach every U.S. store and club by the end of 2026. Fuel stations follow by mid-2027.
