Apple has released a phone that folds in half. It is called iPhone Duo and it is the first foldable iPhone. When open the device measures 7.6 inches diagonally across the inner Super Retina XDR display. That is 50 percent larger than the iPhone 18 Pro Max screen. The outer display covers 5.4 inches and provides more than 90 percent of the screen area of the iPhone 18 Pro. Both displays share the same aspect ratio so content does not stretch or crop when you flip the device open or closed.

The inner display uses more than ten ultrathin layers topped with a custom nano‑texture finish that reduces glare. An under‑display FaceTime camera stays hidden until you need it.
